Our fellowship believes in sending our ministers to other countries to spread the gospel. We are grateful for those who are enjoying those privileges. Just as they are expected to get proper visas and vaccines for the country they are going to, we want to equip them with education in case they find themselves dealing with CSA/SA in a foreign country. This applies to both visitors and those moving to foreign countries. Some countries have very different laws than ours in the US and we want to be knowledgeable and respectful of that.
Mandatory Reporting–Worldwide (Source: External Website - WINGS)
WINGS is constantly updating this file to eventually include all reporting requirements around the world. That said, the “Gold Standard” is to report to the appropriate authorities all allegations of abuse to anyone 18 years or under. Here are the legal mandates by jurisdiction: Worldwide CSA mandatory reporting laws for churches

In August 2023 the overseers had a meeting in Seneca, Illinois. Craig Winquist shared, "that each regional Overseer has freedom and responsibility to develop their region’s policies (including how to deal with SA and CSA) and that there is no intention to establish a unified policy". See the letter here. Since then we have seen some states/provinces create teams to write guidelines/policies.
Below is an interactive map of Canada and the USA where you can click on a region to see the policies in each area or view the map on Tableau Public.
Below are the letters and policies sent by workers or convention grounds owners in the US. An informative resource for conventions owners is here: Convention Safety. (from Voices for The Truth)
